User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. This App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

3. App Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Hingu or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and App access
• Using the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensuring that your use of the workout programs is appropriate for your health condition and fitness level
• Consulting with healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program

5. Health Disclaimer

The workouts and health information provided in the App are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program or making changes to your diet, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases for coins that can be used within the App. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not offer subscription services, only one-time coin purchases. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the specified price and any applicable taxes.

Payment will be charged to your account through the platform's payment system (such as Apple App Store or Google Play). You agree to comply with all terms and conditions of your payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hingu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any injuries or health issues resulting from using the fitness programs in the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

8. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
